When fly fishing on any of the rivers or lakes in Arkansas, please observe these basic environmental guidelines.
- Never use studded wading shoes when fishing.
- Always release fish without touching them directly with your hands.
- Never fish for actively spawning fish or fish on redds.
- Protect your fishery by turning in violations against Arkansas fishing laws.
- Always pick up trash from the river as you wade along the shore to keep the rivers and lakes clean.
