I've
been guiding for the Ozark Angler for the past ten years. I'm
originally from Melbourne Beach, Florida, where I fished for bass in
both offshore and intracoastal waters. Fishing off the coast of Florida
is one thing, but fly fishing in Arkansas is a whole other experience.
I have an extensive background in fly fishing on the Little Red River,
North Fork River and the White River tailwaters. I use my own fly
fishing boat and equipment when guiding clients.
Knowing each of the rivers so well provides me with the necessary
experience needed for fly fishing in various weather conditions and
changes in water levels. This allows me to help my clients catch fish
when other fisherman are sometimes not doing too well.
My personal outlook I like to share with my clients is, "The worst day
of fly fishing is far better than the best day at work." I have found
guiding to be the most rewarding thing I've ever done, especially given
the wonderful folks I've met over the years.
Client Testimonials About Jeff
Just a note to tell Jeff how much I enjoyed my recent trip. I've pretty
much resisted hiring guides in the past and now wonder why. Jeff
certainly made me feel comfortable and may have converted a salt water
fisherman. Our outstanding day on the water was only surpassed by his
own wonderful nature and home spun sense of humor.
Thanks again.

Dear Jeff,
Thanks for showing my folks such a great time on the water yesterday.
I think you've given my dad some real deep-water fly fishing
religion with your weighted sow-bug and drift boat technique. I saw
that he had already posted something on the fishing report web site
about what a great trip they had with you.
Thanks again, and see you soon. Best regards.
