The Green River offers 26 miles of phenomenal fishing that is best enjoyed by drift boat. The first stretch begins at the base of the dam where feisty rainbows dominate, but browns, brook trout and cutthroats are also present.
In the middle section, the fishing receives far less pressure and wild brown trout are the dominant species.
The lower section, extending to the Colorado state line, is home to some of the largest brown trout in the Green.
