IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GIFT CARDS

Ozark Angler – Ownership Transition

Ozark Angler is undergoing a change in ownership.

As part of this transition, gift cards issued prior to the ownership change will no longer be redeemable in store, effective 02/01/2026.

Customers holding unused gift cards issued before this date may submit a Gift Card Refund Claim to request reimbursement of the remaining balance.

To submit a claim, please complete a Gift Card Refund Claim Form and mail it, along with the gift card (please keep a copy for your records), to the address listed on the form.

Important details:

  • Gift cards issued before the ownership change cannot be used for in-store purchases.

  • Refund requests must be postmarked no later than 12/31/2026.

  • All claims will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable law and the original terms of issuance.

  • Approved refunds will be issued by check.
